Items may be returned provided they:
1. Are returned within 14 days from the order date.
2. Items must be sent back via signature required courier ONLY (to ensure it gets to me) and are to be returned to: Liane Craig, 181 Surrey Street, St Clair, Dunedin 9012, NZ.
3. A Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number is required before sending the goods back - please contact the seller via TripleClicks Messages in the Member Centre with a clear explanation of your reasons for returning the item(s). If found to be an acceptable issue - an RMA number will be given in the reply email, which you will need to include in your cover letter when you send the item(s) back.
4. All pieces are sourced from reputable wholesalers and suppliers. However should a buyer wish to return their order they must NOT have Opened the Package - (can view the gem(s) or jewelry piece(s) through the clear packaging).
5. Returns will NOT be accepted based on size of the gemstones, each piece is measured using Digital Vernier Calipers and sizes (mm) are indicated in the description (if applicable), and are as accurate as possible. Remember all photographs are enlarged so you can see clearly what the gemstone and Jewelry pieces look like.
