- The delivery time for any order is subject to destination and size of goods. Generally, all spare parts and home Water Purification devices will be sent in a time from 5 to 15 days from order. The Desalination Plants and other large facilities have variable delivery time which will be communicated directly to customer.
- If the customer is not satisfied of purchased product, within 10 (then) days can send us an email in which have to describe the reasons of this unsatisfaction. Such email have to be sent at: admin@europure.it.
- EUROPURE, on receiption of such email can evaluate how solve the problem of that customer and if it possibile will be sent a Number of RMA. Such number have to be reported in accompaining documents of returned good.
- To be returned, a product has to be not subjected to water contact. If this happened, goods are considered "unreturnable".
